EIRMC outpatient behavioral health offers outpatient services for individuals struggling with a broad range of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma/ PTSD.
We work to equip individuals with the knowledge, tools, and self-awareness needed to cope effectively with difficult life experiences.
Our interdisciplinary team of specialists work together to help patients regain emotional health and well being:
- Board certified psychiatrists
- Advanced nurse practitioners
- Licensed, master prepared therapists
We use evidence-based treatment interventions, including:
- Dialectical and cognitive behavioral therapy
- Motivational interviewing
- Trauma informed group and individual therapy
Mental health intensive outpatient program
9 hours weekly of evidence- based group therapy for 6-8 weeks to learn coping strategies and stabilize with an intermediate level of treatment.
Psychiatric consultation with a physician or nurse practitioner
Mental health assessment with treatment recommendations and medication management options.
Mental health consultation, assessment and referral
An alternative treatment most widely used for depression or bipolar disorder that has not responded to other treatments.
