Chief Nursing Officer
Brandi Allred serves as the chief nursing officer for Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. In this role, she oversees clinical nursing operations throughout the hospital, ensures quality patient care, and leads efforts to increase patient satisfaction.
Allred has many years of healthcare leadership experience at various hospitals in Idaho, Utah, and Tennessee. Most recently, she served as assistant chief nursing officer at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, a 741-bed comprehensive medical facility where she oversaw the Women’s, Children’s, and Oncology service lines. During her time at Centennial, Allred completed HCA’s Advanced Leadership Program for ACNOs and was a Capstone finalist for the work she did around wellness.
Allred’s roots run deep in the Idaho and Utah area. She began a robust nursing career at Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful, Utah, first as a Behavioral Health RN. Allred worked, also, on their Progressive Care Unit, the Medical/Surgical Unit, and as House Supervisor. While at Lakeview Hospital, she was promoted to the Director of the Medical/ Surgical Floor.
Allred holds a Master of Science in Nursing Management from Western Governor’s University in Nursing Management, and graduated from Idaho State University’s RN program. She was also the recipient of the HCA Nursing Excellence Award for Professional Mentoring, the organization’s most prestigious honor for nurses who help other nurses grow in their skillset.
By way of background, Allred grew up in Preston, Idaho, where she learned the value of hard work, dedication, and attention to detail on the family farm. Today, Brandi and her husband reside in Idaho Falls, where they raise their three children. As a family, they enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fishing, skiing and snowboarding, cooking and eating good food.
