For the third year in a row EIRMC's own Sandee Moore laced up her dancing shoes and put on a fabulous show. The annual American Cancer Society's Relay for Life kickoff Dancing with the Starswas a big hit and raised a lot of cash for a great cause. Starting the fundraising season with flair, this special event helps bring out the community for a night of dancing and a little friendly competition. We would like to say that Sandee came away with more than a few bragging rights.
This year Sandee more than tripled her proposed goal and raised more than $2,000 for Relay for Life.
And she took a well-deserved spot on the podium, coming in third for her fantastic dance number.
Congratulations to Sandee for both amazing achievements and a big thank you to all those who supported her goal.
But remember that Relay for Life for 2013 is just beginning.
The Idaho Falls event is July 12, 2013.
Join us at Bonneville High School to honor those we have lost, celebrate the survivors still with us and help fund the search for the cure.
