Dr. Kowalski is a board certified psychiatrist in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. He received a Bachelor’s of Science degree (microbiology) from the University of Notre Dame, his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma, and completed residency in general psychiatry and a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the Menninger Clinic in Topeka Kansas. After serving as a staff psychiatrist at the Menninger Clinic he moved to Fort worth Texas where he worked in a variety of clinical settings, including acute inpatient hospitalization, residential treatment and partial hospital/intensive outpatient services. He settled into an outpatient practice for many years until moving to the west where he has always wanted to live. He is proud to live in Idaho Falls and work for the Behavioral Health Center and participate in the growth and expansion of mental health services in this community.
