The EIRMC Feedback Loop
What is it?
- An automatically generated fax to your office when your patient seeks treatment at EIRMC.
- It provides the following:
- Cover sheet with patient name, date of visit, and contact information for medical records.
- Discharge summary with discharge diagnosis, discharge disposition, and discharge instructions.
- Reports are batched and faxed daily.
- The report is “triggered” when a patient provides your name as their Physician.
How do I sign up?
- Contact your Physician Liaison, who will confirm that we have your correct contact information.
- Within 72 hours of opting in, reports will be automatically sent to the fax number you provided.
Are there plans for future improvements?
We are evaluating potential enhancements to this service including notifications via email, text, affiliated hub, or patient portal.
