May "Spotlight Career": We are looking for a compassionate, highly-skilled RN for our Level I ICU unit, a designation that means we provide the highest level of intensive care for cardiology, neurology, and trauma patients. Outside Idaho Falls, the nearest Level 1 intensive care units are located in Salt Lake City, Boise, and Missoula.
